Cancellation + Refund Policy
Your Retainly subscription will automatically renew unless and until you cancel it. By signing up for Retainly, you agreed to automatic renewal terms within our Terms of Use.
You are responsible for managing and cancelling your own subscription.
If you wish to cancel, you must do so directly within your Retainly account under Account Settings → Subscription. We do not accept cancellation requests via email, chat, or any other
method.
After cancelling, you will continue to have access to your account through the end of your current billing cycle. Your account will be deactivated at the conclusion of that billing period.
Once your account is deactivated, access to your projects, contracts, templates, and client data will be limited or restricted. Additional details regarding access limitations will be provided during the cancellation process.
Refunds
Refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.
Founding Member (Lifetime) Plan
All Founding Member purchases are final and non-refundable.
This is a one-time payment for lifetime access at a discounted rate. Due to the immediate access to the platform and its features, no refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
Annual Plans & Monthly Plans
If you are on an annual plan, you must cancel and request a refund within 14 days of your initial charge to be eligible for a full refund. After the 14-day window, no refunds will be issued, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
If you are on a monthly plan, you may cancel at any time. Refunds, if granted, are limited to your most recent monthly charge only. We do not issue refunds for prior billing periods or partial months.
If you change plans (upgrade or downgrade), any refund eligibility will be based only on your most recent payment and may be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds are only issued upon request. To request a refund, please contact us at support@getretainly. com or submit a request through the chat feature within your Retainly account.
If a refund is approved and processed, your account will be cancelled immediately and access to the platform will be revoked at that time.
Trial Accounts
Retainly may offer a free trial for new users.
You will not be charged during the trial period. If you choose not to continue, no action is required.
At the end of the trial, your account may be restricted or locked until you select a paid plan to continue using the platform.
Data Retention
If you cancel your account, we will retain your account data for up to 60 days following the cancellation date.
After that period, your data, including contracts, client information, templates, and project details, may be permanently deleted.
We may attempt to notify you prior to deletion, but it is your responsibility to export or retain any data you wish to keep before cancellation.
